I am praying that it becomes a country with hundreds of new Simo Hayhas and that the new Winter War for Russia goes so badly that Putin is ousted.

He is sure he can get the concession of the Crimea and Donbas from Ukraine if he wins quickly. I hope behind every building, hiding in every rock pile are Barrett .50s and Javelin anti tank missiles.

Russia follows a criminal dictator in part because they believe he is strong and doesn’t lose. If a country with a low birth rate starts to see body bags coming home, it could be demoralized rather quickly.

Putin will last until he dies of old age like Castro if oil prices are high, but with lower oil prices and losses, Putin may be forced out and Russia may get to experience a real democracy 30 years later than much of the rest of the USSR. Sadly there are still deeply broken and pathetic parts of US foreign policy like denying NATO membership to Ukraine but allowing the murdering dictator Erdogan to be in…Belarus is just a Russian puppet state now, and Transnistra, Abkhazia and South Ossetia are allowing Putin to rule fake states that can trade and smuggle differently than Russia.

If you want to learn about a hero, take some time tonight to read about Simo, link in the comments. One man defending his country from attack can make a massive difference.
