June 22, 2022: ...He is Strong

On a day where I experienced weariness and failure in some hard situations and in the trivial and hilarious a bird pooped on my head (right before a test drive of a van whose owner didn’t disclose broken AC) this was the conviction and encouragement I was reminded of:

It is healthy to be in a place where if you try to obey for even a day in your own strength you are crushed and overwhelmed by a weight you cannot bear. His yoke is easy when you are yoked to Him, in joyful obedience by His might and power, not your own.
