November 2nd, 2022: I keep hearing about “threats to democracy”.

Support people who make certain you cannot cheat in elections.

Support people who understand the First Amendment and don’t seek to silence those who disagree with them.

Support people who are opposed to statism and the kind of control that communists and fascists alike used to crush freedom.

Support people who want small government, for a government small enough to fit into our Constitution cannot dominate your life.

Gaslighting is increasingly becoming common, when those who lie accuse others of lying, where those who cheat accuse others of cheating and where those who seek to dominate others using governmental power hold themselves out as defenders of democracy.

I am concerned about threats to democracy. The King of Kings is not on the ballot, but whether our elections are free and fair (and I hope and predict they will be for the most part) we know that dictatorship is deeply wrong, and one of the only ways democracy can be thwarted in our country is if we continue to have an illegal 4th branch of government (bureaucratic law creators and enforcers). DC is a deeply infected boil on our body politic, and change is needed.
